This insert features a hardened 60° serration designed to bite confidently into raw or finished material, locking parts in place without sacrificing height or rigidity. The low-profile design keeps your work closer to the vise base—where stiffness actually lives.
Mounts using #12 countersunk screws and installs directly into your soft jaws after milling our standard insert pattern. Once installed, you’ll stop flip-flopping parts all day just to get square.
